Do-Not-Call Policy

SIP Awards maintains an internal Do-Not-Call (“DNC”) list and honors requests not to receive telephone solicitations, including calls and text messages, in accordance with applicable law.

Any person who requests not to receive telephone solicitations from SIP Awards will be added to our internal Do-Not-Call list within a reasonable time, and in no event later than thirty (30) days from the request. Once a telephone number is placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list, SIP Awards will not initiate further telephone solicitations to that number unless otherwise permitted by law.

National Do-Not-Call Registry

SIP Awards takes reasonable steps to avoid initiating telephone solicitations to telephone numbers listed on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, except where an exemption or lawful basis applies, including but not limited to prior express consent or an established business relationship as defined by law.
